FAQ and important info
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION?
This is a tricky topic because I hate having to cancel and or reschedule. One huge thing that I tried to steer away from for a long time is charging a fee for 48 hour cancellation a no show or whatever it may be. But I now have a 50% deposit due when booking, and if there is a no show that is NON refundable. If you choose to reschedule that 50% will go towards your next shoot. This applies when booking. This is a business I run and it's hard when clients don't value that.
Do you travel? and is there a travel fee?
YES 110% traveling for pictures is the my all time favorite. The Beach, the desert, the mountains. You name it I'm there! Traveling fee do apply, I live in Newberg Oregon so if i'm traveling 30 miles out of here I do apply a traveling fee based on how far it is starting at $5o
How many images do I receive for a shoot?
I love to shoot for giving back 40 images, but that can always vary, you can get 40 or 60 images back based on how the shoot goes, I try to give back all your beautiful images back that I believe are the best from the shoot even if that is over 40.
What happens if the bad weather comes in the way?
Mother Nature likes to take over and that is totally ok, if it decides to pour the day of your shoot I always allow you to reschedule, these are your images that you will cherish for a lifetime and I want to make sure your involve with them, there is no charge for weather getting in the way.
Can I bring my family and friends?
Please do! Bringing friends and family help more than you would think, they can help you relax and help you laugh and be your true self and help relax those nerves.
How do I access my photos once they are sent?
I will send your pictures through an online gallery called pixiset and I will have all your edited pictures in there shared to you and whoever else you want allowed access to them!
How long does it take for me to get my pictures back?
I try my absolute hardest to give your photos back within a few days because I get so excited to get home and start editing right away, but sometimes life gets in the way or I get super booked and it may take up to a few weeks but that never really happens.
